By booking or participating in any service offered by Meguroots Japan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Cancellation

• All bookings must be made through the official reservation system or designated platforms.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made without prior notice.
• Meguroots Japan reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

2. Conduct and Safety

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and members of the public.
• In the event of a dispute, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior between participants, the service will be immediately suspended and the matter will be reported to local authorities.
• Meguroots Japan shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the misconduct of participants.

3. Liability

• Meguroots Japan is not liable for personal injury, lost belongings, or any damages incurred during the tour unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and must inform the staff of any relevant medical conditions prior to the activity.

4. Age and Eligibility

• Some tours may have age restrictions or require adult supervision for minors. Please check the details before booking.
• Participants must be able to walk moderate distances and follow instructions in Japanese or English.

5. Use of Images and Feedback

• Photos taken during the experience may be used for promotional purposes unless the participant explicitly requests otherwise.
• We may contact you after your experience to request feedback or reviews to improve our services.

6. Changes to Terms

• Meguroots Japan reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
